This colorful three bedroom, two bath, direct ocean front unit at Bermuda Run is ready for you! Sleeping accommodations are a King, Queen, and two Twins; the unit has 4 televisions and a 20 x 20 patio. This kitchen is fully equipped and has both a Keurig and Drip Style coffee maker. Boardwalks connect you to both the ocean and the swimming pool at this small (only 12 units), private, gated community. Spend a week here and you’ll know what it feels like to be “living the dream”.

Great Value Location
Our family of four (two adults, two elementary school aged children) stayed for a long weekend the first weekend of August 2024. The location was perfect: first floor unit, 3 good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with tubs), comfortable living room, washer/dryer, and a practical kitchen. The drive is gated and it's a small beach community with 17 single-family homes and then two 3-story buildings. It's quiet and no problem with parking.
The walk to the beach using the private access was 3 minutes. The onsite saltwater pool is a nice change of pace. It is less than 1 mile to a Publix or Winn-Dixie, plus Walgreens for all your needs. And there are several local restaurants offering many different cuisines for meal within 1 to 1.5 miles. It's easy to drive but with the beautiful weather, take a bike or walk.
For the price this was a great value for an excellent location right on the beach. You'll save money by cooking most of your meals and the grocery store prices were not sky-high compared to some stores in beach towns.
The property manager was easy to communicate with and timely with their responses. The check-in and check-out processes were simple and reasonable.
We highly recommend this property for couples, families, or a group of friends!

Sr. Augustine Family Beach get Away
We enjoyed the closeness to the beach & small private gated community was a huge plus!
Main bedroom & other large bedroom was great!
Smaller bedroom was outdated as were both bedrooms (needs an upgrade/update)
Living room and kitchen were nice & decently equipped.
The outdoor pool is in need of “major maintenance/ cleaning” I cleaned out both filters. But a surface skimmer net, chemicals & vacuum are needed ASAP!
