Beautiful, tidy home with everything needed for a family of four. Historic downtown Augustine was just a 15 minute walk from the front steps. We loved it! Highly recommend this rental property!

Great weekend retreat!!

House was clean, comfy and well stocked with everything we needed for a last minute trip to St. Augustine! Loved that it was about a mile from where all the fun was happening. Thank you!

We appreciated the location, size, price and communication. There was enough area for everyone to move around freely. The accessibility to many visitor sites and restaurants was great. Due to unexpected life circumstances with a critically ill family member, we had to leave early and wish our request for a 1 day refund was granted. The food that was left in the home should probably be thrown away and the home should be sprayed for bugs/spiders. The one concern I have is the parking---there was little space the neighbors had a Jeep on the road that could create a safety hazard.

We went to see the Night of Lights and we had hoped to see other sites however it was very cold and the TV was an issue we tired to work through with the host but I felt the TV may need updating ..the host was very attentive and willing to help however we had pups and did not want non familiar people in the house during our absence as we wanted to explore.I would also recommend a Keurig coffee pot for contend additional blankets for the cold temperatures..
