This single-story home sits near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a working class neighborhood, allowing you to avoid the noise of through-traffic when relaxing in the outdoor spaces. Enjoy a fully fenced backyard where your dog can roam free, a covered back porch, and an outdoor dining set where you can gather for breezy lunches in the shelter of the sun shade. In the evenings, watch spectacular sunsets color the night sky as you tell stories and roast marshmallows around the firepit.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your property. While we appreciated many aspects of our visit — especially the overall cleanliness and comfort of the secondary bedroom — we wanted to share a few observations that may be helpful for future guests and maintenance planning:Outdoor Conditions:   •   The yard was noticeably overgrown, which contributed to an excessive number of mosquitoes.   •   There were untreated fire ant beds throughout the lawn, which is a safety concern.   •   We also encountered fleas in the yard. While we understand pets are present, they can easily transfer into the home on treated pets or even on people.   •   Outdoor trash cans were overflowing upon arrival and needed to be emptied.   •   Flower beds in the backyard were unkempt and full of weeds, including growth through the patio area.   •   The area to the left of the garage had a fence issue — our dog was able to get out. We secured it temporarily, but it appears to be stuck due to ground movement or dirt.   •   The fire pit area had a significant number of cigarette butts, which detracted from the experience.Interior & Amenities:   •   A balloon was left floating in the living room, which felt like an oversight.   •   There was a stain on the kitchen floor that appeared to be deliberately hidden by the trash can.   •   Cabinets on the entertainment center are broken.   •   The kitchen sink faucet does not shut off completely.

Conveniently located near highway, St Augustine Beach and downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the bunk room for kids. Pet friendly, so thankful for the dog crate. Home can accommodate a big group
