My son, my service animal, and I arrived tonight back some. We were all extremely surprised on how well kept the property is kept inside and out. Staff is incredible you had to ask for something they would find it for you. No additute from anyone. What I did find out late was (back store the hotel is next to one off orange green troy tours). Whether you pre purchased a tour or by that day you can have a shuttle drop you at the start of tour and another drop you back to the hotel. Loved this place and would definitely come back

There was an issue with our reservation but the man at the counter handled it, apologized and fixed everything so we could enjoy it stay. He was very friendly and helpful.

There are no elevators, and I was with a person who couldn't climb stairs. Then, the train passes every hour and a half, stopping for ten minutes; this is highly annoying to the rooms at the back.

The room itself was ok. The noise level was absolutely ridiculous. You could hear slamming of the pool gate and people in pool area all hours. You can hear everything in the rooms next door and above you. I did not get any sleep.

It was alright, but I wouldn’t go back. Front desk pretended that since my room wasn’t ready (it was long after check-in) they were giving me a “better” room. In the back next to the train tracks Next to the back entrance of the hotel and a big gathering spot for employees and other guests. Next to the maintenance room which was loud thru the adjacent walls
