This condo isn’t for you if you seek a clean, well-kept place to stay. It needs deep cleaning and overall refreshing.On arrival Feb. 2, 2026, we found the following:•Walls marred and in the baths, spattered with what looked like toothpaste and/or soap; tile floors throughout so dirty that slipper soles were black in a day; encrusted, dirty tracks in the slider; screens, with multiple holes, some 2-3 inches in diameter.•Upholstery on the living room sofa bed and ottoman stained and grubby; stained linens (e.g., blood on the main bedroom comforter, hairs and grit on the mattress pad, yellow stains on a bedroom quilt).•Moldy showers layered with soap scum. •Worn/old pots & utensils. Kitchen cupboards & drawers had crumbs and other detritus, requiring total wipe-down; top of fridge coated with a layer of a dust/grease mixture; moisture and what looked like mold under the kitchen sink. An Alexa in the kitchen.•Dust and dirt in corners, behind beds (noted when we washed/change linens) and on closet doors/insides.•2 small (about ½ inch) roaches in the kitchen and near a drain. Notified host the day we arrived (Monday); he immediately agreed to send cleaning crew, but crew couldn't be there for 4 days (Friday). They did send a person to clean the two showers 1 day after our arrival--she spent 3.5 hours scraping, bleaching and scrubbing them. After finding the roaches 2 days into our stay, we decided we weren't comfortable staying and moved. Host declined partial refund.

We felt that the condo exceeded our expectations. The unit was clean and welcoming. Our host was very helpful and left us notes to ease our açcess to the beach and deliveries. He had a closet stocked with beach equipment; all went smoothly. We enjoyed the pickleball courts, the close proximity to the beach, and a hot tub within a few steps for our door. We would like to return to this resort next year.

The host was helpful when we had a hard time getting into the unit. It was dark when we arrived and we couldn't see the lock system we were supposed to use. He wrote us back and we were able to get into the unit.We also really liked our condo and all the ammenities. We even got in a few games of pickleball. Would definitely like to stay here again.

We love this complex and stay here often. It is a great location with shopping nearby. The walk to the beach is short and the hot tub and heated pool were great for the kids in the cooler months. The kitchen had what we needed and the master bedroom king bed was super comfortable. Communication with the host was good and the keypad made for easy entry. Hope to stay again.

Wonderful!!

My husband and I came to the beach for a long weekend of relaxation. The condo was perfect and we loved it so much we stayed there even more than we went to the beach. Everything was beautiful and the furniture and bed were so comfortable! The condo is in a nice classy area and had an easy short walk to the beach. Don’t miss out on this jewel!! You will love every minute!!

Great Location and Amenities

We had grandkids as well as our adult daughters stay with us and all enjoyed the wealth of activities available. Between the tennis courts and pickleball courts, excellent restaurants near by, and the close access to the beach, the location was perfect. The condo is as advertised and close to all. John responded to all are questions quickly. We loved our time there.
