Ups and downs... but good price.

The bed was comfortable and cleanliness was fine. The breakfast was typical expected food. The ones person for check in was not at desk so we were stuck in breeze way for 5 minutes until we were let in (after midnight chrvk in). The check out never happened. I called the number that was on desk multiple times and no one came... waited 10 minutes. In just short staffed??? The only other thing was the AC was super loud every time it kicked on. Woke me up a few times. But... for the price i would stay here again.

Go somewhere else

After the first room was dust covered and hair everywhere, I got switched. Second room was little less dusty with minimal (should be 0) hair in bathroom. But the shower was stained and didn’t drain, nor the hand washing sink. Also the air conditioning did not work, had to keep fan on full blast to keep room not feeling moist. Wish I took more pictures. Pretty

Somtimes you realize less expensive is not the best. From the very beginning i knew that this place was just getting by on minimal effort. Dingy white linen, heavy odor control, free breakfast that worth every bit i paid, nothing. Forget saving ten dollars make amother choice

Likes: staff was great, work is presently being done to upgrade/update/improve the property, public areas were clean and tidy. Dislikes: no smoke detector in our room, wall unit fan and A/C were so loud they couldn’t be run while sleeping, other people’s hair all over bathroom floor, tub super slow to drain (filled up while showering), walls are decently sound-proof, but hall doors might as well be made of paper. Incident: awakened by super loud fire alarms early in the morning - seems someone burnt toast.

Quick check in however would not extend points since 3rd party (Hotels.com) involved. Property currently under going rehab but was not intrusive. Room was well equipped and clean.

The bathroom was terrible. The facet dripped all night long. The tube was in rough shape. Parking was a nightmare, because there were people having a party. Drinking and yelling.

The staff was not friendly. We stayed for 9 nights and 10 days and we were never greeted by the front desk, housekeeping or kitchen. The breakfast was the same every day. For warm foods they were all microwaved. The air-conditioner made a loud noise. There were exposed wires in the ceiling were a light was missing. The tub drain couldn't keep up with the shower output, leaving us standing in water. We had houskeeping a few days and each time they only partially cleaned leaving the floors, counter tops and sink dirty, and they never replaced the tissues. There was one tiny garbage can and 4 hangers. The mini fridge had no temperature control so everything was always frozen. The fitted bed sheets were constantly coming off the mattresses on both beds and don't try to lay in bed to watch tv because the tv is so low that you're feet will be in the way.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is they stop serving breakfast at 9 AM, too early for someone on vacation.

If it's the only option

I'm not sure if they're working on things but there was a lot of disrepair with walls, floors, etc. Online it says checkout time is 12pm. A sign at the front desk says 11am. I voiced this discrepancy when I checked in and the employee said 12 is fine. In the morning we had housekeeping knocking on our door at 10:45 and 11:05. Pretty rude in my opinion.

Apparently the hotel is under "renovations"? Idk... no mention from staff or website but its obvious pulling into the property it was under construction. The back parking area was partially blocked with construction dumpsters and old furniture. The lobby was full of cardboard boxes and hallway was littered with sheetrock debris and trash. My room has multiple holes in the walls where something use to hang. Started a shower and in the time it took to trun on water and undress it had filled with ankle deep water... slightly above lukewarm on full hot. Also noticed almost all corners had mold and even pubic hairs stuck on walls. Currently out to dinner, considering stopping at the Walmart down the road and purchasing a sleeping bag before i potentially bring bed bugs home with me. Hope the renovation goes well but the honest thing to do is inform guests beforehand.
