Everything was as expected and nice, except the condo did not get vacuumed or cleaned well AT.ALL. and had pretty musty bad smell. I asked to have it done after we checked in. I was told it couldn’t be done unless we vacated the property. I elected to try and do it so we didn’t have to leave.I provided ample pictures of the uncleanliness and hoped to receive a partial refund. The management company agreed to a refund. I text the day we left, the next week, and two weeks before we were issued a 100 refund on our stay. This is the first time Las Palmas has not been a good experience For us.

The space and location were good. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were pretty bad. We were also disappointed with the mold in the primary shower and peeling paint. For what you pay, you hope for a little cleaner place, decent beds and pillows, and a little more updated.

We've stayed at Las Palmas at least a dozen times, at different places, and this was our favorite! It is clean, well-stocked, comfortable and has a lovely view of the family pool. We will mark this as a favorite and be back here again someday!

Pros: Great open concept for our family of 8. We loved having three bathrooms and the water was always hot. Supplies of TP, garbage bags, tissues was nice. Management easy to work with. AC was AMAZING in the heat. Beautiful open patio. Cons Fridge was warm when we got there but management sent someone out. Light bulbs need replacement. Blankets were dirty. Not enough towels/pool towels to accommodate our party. Pools were murky and two were closed down due to issues. Master mattress is not comfortable.

Great Family Stay

Pros: This was a perfect place for a family of 3, with kids & grandkids. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. A lot of space in the main areas and balcony, which overlooked the family pool. Loved the pools, splash pad, ping pong tables and pickleball courts. Great location. Cons: The WiFi was slow at times. However, the biggest problem was that the ice maker was broken. However, the water dispenser did work. Being that it was a very hot week in May, we expected the ice machine to work. We just bought a bag of ice. A little disappointed of the operating hours of the pools and pickleball courts-10:00am to 8:45pm.

My son was participating in the St. George Ironman and this was the perfect spot for us! Close to all the things you’ll need! Lots of room for the 8 of us! Would defintely recommend this lovely place!

Fun Spring Break Getaway!

We had a great time at our stay at Las Palmas! The condo was large and spacious! We loved the back porch area overlooking the pool. The condo did appear to need a deep cleaning and had a funny smell when we entered. Some of the time there, the pools and hot tubs also appeared to need a better cleaning as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our Spring Break!
