The Barn is a two-bedroom ground floor apartment only minutes away from Porthmeor Surfing Beach, The Tate Gallery, St Ives Harbour, and Town Centre. This modern holiday home offers on-site parking, sea glimpses and has the added benefit of a paved courtyard garden to the rear, perfect for sundowners or alfresco meals where you can completely relax and unwind.

The living area is tastefully decorated and includes a large navy sofa, a signature yellow love seat sofa, a leather recliner, wall mounted Smart TV, electric fire and a good collection of books and games to entertain family or friends. From the windows you can steal sea glimpses across the bay to Godrevy lighthouse.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cater for your holiday. There is a gas hob, electric double oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility cupboard.

The striking oak dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for family dinners or for that special celebration.

The master bedroom has great flexibility with a zip and link bed which can be made up as a super king size bed or two twin beds upon request, ample storage, and a small dressing table.

The second bedroom is also on the ground floor and offers a double bed. It has ample storage and a small dressing table.
