Complete with on-site parking, this stylish retreat offers the perfect base for a memorable seaside escape.

This Penthouse Apartment has a large open plan kitchen living dining area. The living area has the most spectacular views across Porthminster beach and over towards Carbis Bay, Hayle and Godrevy. There is ample seating to relax and unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the view. There is a TV and DVD player. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen has everything you need for the perfect stay with a washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and dishwasher all built in. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and a gas hob and oven. The dining table seats six.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, hanging space, a chest of drawers and a TV. There is an en-suite with shower, wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds with a chest of drawers and a TV. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Clean, comfortable apartment with great views - but a long climb down (and up!) from the beach.

Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable and modern. But there are a lot of steps and hills between the property and the beach. This would be a problem for the elderly or those with small children.

Very pleasant stay

Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated apartment with very special views over St Ives. Very simple instructions for check in and out and perfectly working facilities. Thankyou!
