Our room didn't have an outside window! It faced an indoor art gallery! So weird! Wanted to leave room immediately but nothing was available. Had to leave hotel a day early due to sudden family emergency. Didn't get any money back and never even got an email apologizing that maybe they couldn't do anything.

Not the best experience from start to finish. Hotel had to evacuate for some reason so room wasn't ready at 4pm. Pool was out of order for our 2 night stay. We specifically requested to be near or around our friends and we asked for this over a month ago. Not only were we not close, we are on a different tower. The 2 girls checking us ( and a few others ) in on Tuesday July 1, were clearly feeling a little pressured by a lot of guest issues , and in turn decided to be quite rude with a number of guests. I don't think this is the only negative feedback you'll hear from t people who were checking in around this time.

We stayed in the new park of the hotel and it was beautiful, spacious and clean. Very lovely place to stay. The nightly gift off chocolate on the bed each night was pretty special with little sayings.
