Ok stay :)

We stayed in the older part of the hotel which was ok. If I stay again I would request the newer area. The room we stayed in was very noisy from the outside traffic. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again just in a different area of the hotel.

We were there for medical reasons and explained that to the staff when we checked in that we will require a wheelchair if available and to make sure we don’t have a pro with key but there was no wheelchair and the key did not work I had to sit my partner on the floor so that I can go back to front desk and get another key by the time I got back my partner had passed out not good experience when manger was made aware of this never even got a call or an explanation

Quite good except for 2 things: 1. A proper desk chair for the desk in the room would have been much more appreciated than a stool. 2. Lack of breakfast options: the sit-down restaurant doesn't open till 11 am, and the cafe in the lobby only sells sweet pastries in the morning; plus there aren't really any proper breakfast spots within walking distance despite the hotel being more or less downtown.
