It was just okay.

We wanted to check in early, paid $85 for it, on us but felt a bit steep. The tub had hair in it, the shower pressure isn't great and the hot water didn't really get that hot, couldn't even take a bath because there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub. There was no microwave either. It was a fine stay but for the money we spent I could have had a better experience elsewhere.

Would not stay here again. First room we entered wreaked of weed. Second room had no microwave. Indoor pool closed for the season. Arcade was a ripoff. Half of the games worked & they all cost a lot. Half of the prizes were out. I’ll stay at The Drury from now on! Half the price & way more amenities!

Always a great time!

We stay here often and get the same room type. Although, this time they gave us an "updated" room. The room was great, nice furniture, nice bathroom! Just no microwave 👎 and with all the great restaurants there, you will have leftovers 😉 Everything was great, would stay again but they need at least a microwave station for guests.

The room was clean, spacious and pretty comfortable especially for the price. The staff were nice and professional too. However there were a few issues with the location that I really didn't like, first and foremost the entire facility smelled like smoke, probably from all the smoking inside the casino. Secondly there were very limited options to dine, and relatively overpriced for you get. I also didn't immediately find anywhere good to eat nearby.

We paid over $350.00 for our room and the tv’s did not work and the hot water was out. They knew this when we checked in but did not tell us. The tv’s were eventually fixed but not the water. I wonder how they did dishes and washed the linens without hot water

I decided to stay at this hotel because of a tornado warning in my area. I paid $300.00 for the suite online. When I arrive at the hotel the receptionist told me that my cat Patchoulia wasn't welcome. The room that I booked online was advertised as having a microwave and refrigerator, therefore,I brought food from home and placed it in the refrigerator. When I got hyngry I noticed that the room had a refrigerator without a microwave. I think that this hotel should have a section of the property that is a little more family friendly and that values the basice needs of the customer. I had just got off of work that night and had to pull myself together to leave the room to buy food.
