There needs to be an alarm clock in the room and regular coffee pods. All we had in our room was decaf. The coffee was out in the breakfast room as well as the juice machine broken. There was a banging noise coming from the vent outside the bathroom door

Nice employees and breakfast. Beds weren’t equally comfortable and the ac unit was old and very dirty. The wall controls didn’t work but you could control it on the actual unit.

This Best Western Plus was clean, clean, clean. The bed was super comfortable and the coffee service was very enjoyable. We had a great stay.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Smelled of smoke in our room and doorways to outside. People standing directly outside the door smoking. You could hear other people all around inside the room. Our sink leaked and maintenance was not available (not completely the staff’s fault.) was not very clean in hallways and elevators. I would not stay here again.

Not filthy but not clean, felt like when you ask your teenager if there room is clean and they say it’s not that bad and you go in there and it no where near meets your standards. Needs a deep cleaning.

The staff were superb! The hotel? Not so much. Our lamp flickered nonstop, the AC whistled and screamed all night, and the beds were far from comfortable. It was a tad noisy but the hotel appeared to be packed as well. This is a pet friendly hotel, but there are not a lot of spaces for pet relief. It's also right next to what appears to be a popular bus station.
