The hotel staff was great, however I was moved because the toilet didn’t work properly and the room I was moved to door did not close to bathroom. A little outdated in the rooms but safe area.

Disappointing Doubletree - way below average

The hotel was run down and in rough shape. No AC in the elevator and it was very hot/humid in the hallways and elevator. There was mold on the ceilings of the tenth floor, the bathroom smelled like urine, there was rust in the shower, old/outdated tvs and AC - AC stopped working at 4am and had to change rooms where we had a very noisy window unit.

Great customer service example

I gave a good rating due to the front desk personnel (Emily) exceptional customer service. Upon arrival the handicap amenities that were requested was not honored and after several attempts to correct the situation. It seemed like an endless battle, but the hotel redeemed itself and demonstrated great customer service.
