The Staff, Breakfast, Happy Hour, Rooms, Observation deck were excellent. The one thing I will ding them on and it isn't thier fault I'm sure is that the area seems to be an attraction for where it is for Drag Racing at all hours of the night. You would think the St Louis Police would have something to say or do but the Hotel is fantastic and so is the Staff.

Our room had a window facing the elevator (indoor window). Was surprised not to see outside. Could use updating in the rooms. Breakfast area was spacious and there was a great variety of items to choose from.

I had an amazing stay. The staff was great and food was great. Great location. Convenient parking. The balcony space and pool view is beautiful. The cooks and waitresses are top shelf. They take pride in what they do. Excellent management staff. Everyone had a great attitude and worked well together. throughout my stay.

We picked this place due to its closeness to the Arch and Busch Stadium. The building was historic and charming. They offered both free breakfast and dinner fare. Even some free drinks! That was unexpectedly delightful. The room was a bit noisy from A/C, plumbing, refrigerator, etc. But it was clean. No view, but we needed a mobility accessible room and those were interior rooms. We would go to this place again!

Our family stayed here for one night on our way home from visiting our daughter and grandbaby up in Michigan. I booked this hotel originally because it was walking distance to the arch. When we checked in, we were pleased to find out they upgraded our room to the top floor with the view of the arch. Then come to find out, our stay includes 3 free alcohol drinks per person at the bar, plus dinner and breakfast buffet. That right there is worth the stay. That saved us money for feeding me, my husband, and 2 adult children. The dinner and breakfast was very good. Cocktails were great if you ask them for a double shot. We also visited the arch museum and took the tram up into the arch. Hotel is a little outdated but very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend staying at this hotel anytime you visit St. Louis.
