The morning and evening kickback food service was very chaotic and not enough healthy options. Far too many children running around and anxious parents and other adults made it seem like being at a theme park food court. Very hard to get warm food due to far too many people. Luckily our room was at a far and and corner of the hotel or we would’ve heard kids running through the halls all day as well as the strong stench from others smoking weed in their rooms or just walking smelling that way.

We loved the convenience and walkability of this hotel’s location - we enjoyed multiple walks to the Arch! Our dog also got easy and quick relief at the nearby dog area. The happy hour (which turned out to actually be a full free dinner) was a handy meal backup plan for a family with kids. Our only complaints were that the room had a weird window into an atrium where you could hear elevator noise all night, and the pullout sofa was soaked with pee when we opened it up. The hotel staff took a while to get someone up with a fresh mattress and sheets, but once that was done we enjoyed our stay!

Girls weekend staycation

We stayed 1 night with an Arch view room on the 9th floor. Everything was wonderful. Hot tub was great!! Dinner snack reception was good too. Kids ready enjoyed it. The market was open late which was handy.

Beautiful property! Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. The kick-back was much more than we expected, the breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly and helpful. You’re super close to the arch and lots to do within walking distance. The kids loved the popcorn, sodas and the staff made sure that kids had a great experience too! Will return!!!!!

Amazing Hotel

Amazing Hotel - Wonderful overall hotel, nice clean old classic designs with fountain and sculptures. Great hot ribs as well. Great service. Only downside - no bar or restaurant. But they had free alcoholic drinks and snacks for Happy hour - which was great!

Don’t stay here!

Well, when we first checked in and got to our room the mattress on the pull out bed was so old and stained! I called the manager and he swapped it out for a new one. I had to ask 12 times for extra blankets and pillows for the roll away bed and pull out couch, the blankets all had stains, do not get in their hot tubs! I have red dots with pus all over my side that are so itchy and they burn. My face also feels so raw, warm to the touch, itchy, and I have severe crusty dry eye lids and red blotches on my eyes and face. It’s called folliculitis and you get it from dirty hot tubs! Don’t let them fill you they are definitely not clean don’t let them fool you! I hope they do something about his because my medicine for this id around $500 out of pocket!! Just so disappointed
