Everything about the hotel was great. Employees were nice and very helpful. Hotel was in walking distance of the Arch. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We have stayed here numerous times when going to Cardinals games. It is about a 20 minute easy walk to the stadium. This hotel is very clean, well maintained (except for one elevator) and the staff is always very friendly. The room is comfortable and clean. Beds are nice too. The free breakfast has your typical things… waffle maker, eggs and sausage… and the attendant keeps things filled. We highly recommend this Hampton and will stay here again.

Our air conditioning stopped working and it took him a while to get up there and it was like 90°. Also, we didn’t have any Kleenex and we called and they never brought it. And the shower just seemed risky to me because of the picture of the floor and the entire bathroom floor got wet and you didn’t have enough towels to wipe that up. The front desk staff was excellent was a young man named. Jacob was very helpful.

We were not able to adjust our thermostat at all and the temperature in our room was 76°. It was so hot, even the hallways were very hot.
