Overall hotel was clean and nice. Have stayed many times. Cookie hour is a big hit. Only issue is safety. I asked the front desk for a new key after putting my key in the drop box because I forgot something in the room. It was about an hour before checkout time. Instead of looking at my ID and making a new key, or escorting me to the room, they said to just ask housekeeping to let me in. I could have entered any room I wanted to on that floor without question from housekeeping. I find this upsetting and unsafe. That is the oldest scam in the book to enter a room being cleaned or have housekeeping let you in to someone else’s room. A major hotel like this should know better and follow protocol regardless if the front desk doesn’t feel like making a key or double checking an ID. Safety needs to be a top priority for guests.

Clean room. Parking fine. Staff nice. Breakfast is good. Over all stay was okay. Was disappointed in hotels.com due to their room description. If you need a handicap accesible room, book through the hotel. We ended up in a hearing accesible room instead, even though the description was for a handicap accesible room. Hotel made it right the best they could, but they only had a one bed room when we needed two beds.

The Hotel is under 10 years old. It still looks grand opening ready in the lobby and the building. The shower, however has mold under the shelfs and corner's. Needed some help all in all , A nice stay.
