The room was very clean and well kept, fridge was clean, stove was clean dishes were clean as well. Staff was nice and friendly gave me new towels when requested. Only downfall was the tenants. This is an extended stay hotel and it shows by the tenants. They actually live in this hotel for weeks and months on end. They work on their not so well kept cars in the parking lot, kids come back here from school so you can be around unfinacially fit people. And that's ok as long as they keep to themselves and don't bother me or my family. I will definitely stay here again. It was quiet but the parking lot was littered on a regular basis. But once again that's due to the tenants that are living up in here for extended periods of time.

The room was fantastic and clean. Bathroom did seem creepy with the light flickering once it was turned on. I think a more LED style lighting in the bathroom would of made it little more comfortable. But overall, the stay was great. Staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

Booked one night for a concert nearby. Wasn’t pleased from the moment we walked into the room. Would be wonderful if their wasn’t roaches. Found 2 dead ones as walking into the room and didn’t think much of it, a lot of people are in and out, so they have pest control come spray. As I walked through the room turning lights on, the fan didn’t work or light & was dusty. The walls were dirty as well, whatever. I inspected the bed for bed bugs & found nothing. Since we had a studio room I decided to check the cabinets out, low and behold live roaches and feces. We instantly grabbed our bags and went back up front. Someone other than the manager on duty kept apologizing and refunded the full amount. As she was doing that the manager on duty, who also checked us in, didn’t seemed bothered one bit. To me I felt like he knows about the problem and had zero sympathy.

First off, we found cockroaches in our hotel room. The bathroom shower did not drain at all. The pillows also smelled like body odor and cigarettes. We actually checked out one day early because we just could not stay there any longer tried to get a hold of the staff they Ignored our phone calls and when I tried to find them to tell them, they were not available. I would not Recommend this place to anyone.

Its was good stay but the the pullout couch did not have sheets on it or blankets or pillows in the closet.Also, the bathroom door going in the bathroom.If you were to shut the door the bathroom handle was broken.You couldn't even lock the door and the tub was peeling and had rust underneath metal handle in the shower. Other then that the stay was fine.

The property needs to be remodeled as it's completely outdated! The door on the microwave in my room was broken. When we reported it, we were advised there was no maintenance staff on duty. We weren't even offered a room change, and the hotel was not full! An entry door which needed key card access for entry after business hours was not secured.
