My room is usually cleaned daily when I have a room and this hotel didn't. There was junk piled in the back of hotel, the free breakfast was ok but very limited compared to the free breakfast at Comfort Inn in the same area.

We stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator was broken for the three days I stayed. No staff helped or accommodated us for this terrible experience. Room key kept giving us issues, it wouldnt open the door after scanning. Room was clean, bed sheets and towels were not. Would not reccomend to any of my friends and family. Never again.

This is by far one of the worst properties Ive stayed at! First, room was dirty and nasty, things were broke in the room! Tv did not work, no phone i. The room, had to call bookings just to get to front desk! Breakfast was terrible! Not a buffet as stated! Sausage that was not fully cooked, eggs, stale bagels, and waffles, or cereal were the options! Liquor bottles, and blunt packages in parking lot of property! Gym was closed, and wires hanging down all over front of property. I spoke with the “manager” on duty and was told the owner would be calling me but that has not happened! Will NEVER stay here again!

It was in complete disarray. The security and cleanliness was absolutely horrible. Smoking and drugs in the building, it was just an all around terrible experience. The staff were great with what they had to work with. I even found rotten waffles in my microwave. DISGUSTING!

Someone went through my room when I stepped out to get something for dinner. When came back the door was unlocked and the latch inside held it open. Before I left I closed the door behind me. But they moved me to another room. I didn’t feel safe.

There were beer/liquor bottles/trash littered all over the stairs for days, the place was dirty and smelled bad, our AC was broken in the first room, tv was glitching out in the second room. Someone’s car was broken into while we were there as well. Overall a terrible experience 0/10
