Mediocrity but decent parking

Mediocre is the perfect way to explain this hotel. Beds were ok, doors shown light through (seemed unsafe), wallpaper peeling, hot water was non existing after 1030pm. My husband was able to shower took about 30 minutes to heat up.

Good value and location for my needs

We decided last minute to see a concert in St Louis, this place was the closest hotel and I got a good rate. Parking was easy, lobby, elevator, and room were all clean. The front desk attendant was helpful when my room code didn’t work, we got in our room quickly. We had everything we needed for our short stay and will remember this place for the next time we see a concert in the neighborhood.

Floor creaked. We didn’t get breakfast because it’s not served until after 8:00am. We had to leave at 7:45 to get to our appt. We were disappointed about that. Had to spend $22.00 for breakfast at McDonalds. They should have breakfast out for the customers at least by 7:00am.

Better than an airbnb

Loved this hotel! Has two full kitchens, and if the weather was nicer, a great outdoor patio area. Only drawback is it's not so easy for handicapped people to get from the parking garage to the hotel. Otherwise the room was great! Real cups.

Enjoyed my stay. They didn’t have signage up yet, but that actually added to the charm - reminded me of some low key places I stayed at overseas. Like Ibiza. Staff is friendly and there’s a distinct sense of their appreciating your patronage that is unmistakable

Worst night I've ever had in a hotel, and that's saying something coming from someone who was in a hotel roughly 3 nights a week for 3 years with a job. Let's start with the bed. It was supposed to be a queen. Instead, it was a full on a queen bed frame. And it was so soft that when you sat on the edge of it, it nearly compressed down to the platform base. We both tossed and turned all night because of how miserably soft the bed was. Add to that, it sank through the bars of the base in some spots. We found a very large kitchen knife stashed in our closet. A bowl of sugar and creamer under the couch, as well as old food in the mini-fridge. Making us wonder if the room even got cleaned before we stayed in it. The walls were paper thin, so you could hear everything going on around you. The expedia listing said we got some sort of gift card for staying, but we didn't get that, even though we asked about it. The one plus side is that the hot tub is open year round. Unfortunately it took the hotel over a week to respond to our message about the hot tub and the gift card, and we were already on the property by the time they answered, so we didn't come prepared. All in all, it wasn't a great stay, and the $108 price point was way too much. Next time, we will pay the extra $30 and stay with a chain. This hotel was just 5 minutes from a show we came to town to see, and we thought it looked nice, convenient, and at a good price point. We learned our lesson.
