From the private dock there is easy access by boat to CUMBERLAND Island beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also kayak or fish right from the dock. Amazing Sunsets! Catch your dinner from the private dock. You can bring your own boat (public boat ramp is real close). Fenced back yard. Large deck over a screen porch. Additional bedrooms upstairs. TV in each bedroom except kids room. Unfinished basement/garage.
