The gated community includes access to the large heated pool, clubhouse and 24-hour fitness center as well as cable and internet acesss. The condo is located on the 1st floor and has a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The Master bedroom comes with TV and brand new matress and king size bed along with a walk-in closet for your personal belongings. The Master bathroom comes with shower along with towels and a hair dryer. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, TV mounted on the wall, clothes closet
and 2 chest of drawers. The 2nd bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo and towels. The living area comes with all new furniture including a large sofa with pull out queen size bed. The dining table seats 4 and is also brand new. You have your own private patio with new furniture. There is parking available right outside your front door. This location is minutes from dining and just 3.5 miles from the beach.

This is a beautiful condo on the ground floor at the Avalon at Clearwater. It was clean, beautifully decorated and welcoming. The owner was a wonderful host and quick to respond to our questions. Can't wait until next year!

The condo was nice and clean and had a great heated pool. We were very disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub as listed as we specifically searched for one (though it has now been updated). There were just some things like every dinner plate was chipped and we found a cockroach when we first arrived. Other than that we had a decent stay. Communication with host was excellent and seemed friendly.

We travel a lot and I have to say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Great location, super clean new feeling condo beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable, my daughter said she wants the bedroom set for her room. The kids even commented on how good it smelled. So convenient with Publix right across the street. We were traveling with our baseball team and the kids really enjoyed the pool area. Would absolutely book this one if we’re there for a tournament again. Hosts had great communication and the check in process was seamless. Ample parking. 10/10 experience, thank you!
