This is truly a wonderful place! The location could not have been more perfect for us -- the beach is just a stone's throw away, and the main drag is only a short walk from the house. Check in was a breeze, and the house had everything we needed.

Amazing stay!

This was one of the best stats we've had in Clearwater. Roomie enough without feeling too big for two people. Super close to the beach, I walked barefoot everyday we were there it was so close. Had chairs we could take to the beach and also other beach toys. Nice outdoor deckbox so if you had anything that you took to the beach that got sandy and you didn't want to track sand in you could leave it stored outside. Super cozy, and private. There are two other places that are close to it, but we didn't have any issues with privacy or anything. Amazing and absolutely adorable! We'll definitely be back. :)

This charming little house was in an amazing location—literally steps from the beach! We only stayed one night, so we didn’t get to fully soak it all in, but it was super cute and had everything we needed. The host provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach time even better. The kitchen was stocked with plates, silverware, a fridge, and a stove, so we were able to cook dinner and relax in. The only downside was the shower—it wasn’t very clean. But overall, a great quick getaway spot. We’d love to come back and stay longer!

right at the beach

This is a fantastic location if you are wanting to be on Clearwater Beach. It was about 100 steps from the door to the beach on the north end so you're away from the large crowds. The space is comfortable enough for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. The cooking pots & pans were the non stick type & the coatings were very scratched and worn. So if you are concerned about that at all you won't want to be doing any cooking unless you bring your own pans. It is nice to have a full size washing machine & dryer. The cottage was equipped with a lot of little things that you may need. There were 3 nice beach chairs and other beach items. Only tiny issue we had was one of the windows in the bedroom was not working & wouldn't stay open. I showed the owner when he was over to fix something so he was made aware of it. The area was quiet for the 3 nights we were there and we felt perfectly safe. Parking is a little tight but we had a sedan & it wasn't a problem. but if you're in a big SUV if might be tricky. Overall this is a great location and a super deal in my opinion. We would definitely stay here again.

Clearwater beach getaway

This property is accurately descibed: It has nicer, upgraded appliances, and everything was functional. It is literally 30 yards from a very nice stretch of Clearwater Beach. The host was very responsive and helpful--especially since we needed to re-book due to our original dates coinciding with the landfall of the hurricane. The only downside we encountered, and this has no bearing on the owner/host, is they are building a massive new highrise literally feet from the property. They started loud construction noise from dawn to dusk daily. This wasn't a big issue for us as we were birding and out early each day. However, some folks could find the noise unpleasant. This shouldn't be a problem when the building is finished. Overall this property is very good and accurately described. The host was super responsive and helpful.
