Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please only turn back the beds you slept in. No need to strip the beds. Please return the parking hangtags and pool bands to the basket on the console.
If you accumulated beach toys during your stay that don't fit on the shelves in the beach closet, please leave them on the plastic shelves in the garage for all Seaview guests to enjoy.
No laundry required...but if you do have time to wash any beach and/or bath towels it helps my housekeeper Dorothy to get the unit ready in time for the next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10am to 10pm. Please be considerate of your neighbors by abiding by these hours.
Pool and hot tub hours are 10am to 10pm. Pool bands, found in the unit, must be worn while in the pool area.

Incredible! From the onset excellent communication with our Host before and during the trip! Condo was not only exactly as pictures depicted but SO much more! It came stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, body soap, baggies, saran wrap, tinfoil, coffee, coffee filters, garlic powder, onion powder, vanilla, creamers, beach, towels, extra bath, towels, sand toys, beach chairs, pack n play, toddler toilet seat and highchair! I’m not sure if I missed anything, but what a treat!The heated pool was incredibly comfortable, hot tub perfect. Locked gates to keep property secure! Step from poolside gate directly onto the sugar sand and a few more steps to rentable cabana chairs and the surf! We couldnt have enjoyed ourselves more. Thank You Jean!!!

Our family had a wonderful time in the condo. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the sunset. unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. The beds were and the family room was very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. We loved the pool and hot tub.

We spent a wonderful 28 days in February 2026. The unit was fresh and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could want. There was plenty of paper products, trash bags, soaps included. There were beach towels, chairs and toys for our use., The property manager Joan was friendly and responded to communications quickly with all the information we needed. Her housekeeper Dorothy was likewise very nice and accommodating.

Access to the beach and pool was great. Condo was well stocked and clean. Views were awesome. Joan and Dorothy were very helpful when we needed assistance. Multiple vehicle parking can be a challenge during busy season but Joan was helpful and gave us options. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing family stay! Loved watching dolphins right from the balcony every morning. The new pool and hot tub were beautiful and just steps away from a super clean, uncrowded beach. Great location—close to John’s Pass, restaurants, activities and easy access to main roads. The area felt very safe and family-friendly. Only minor downside was the low water pressure in the showers, but everything else was perfect! Of note - property itself is older but well-kept and maintained.

Beautiful view of the ocean! We loved the beach right out our front door!! So peaceful sitting on the patio listening to the waves. A few mornings the dolphins were right out in front of us. Pool and hot tub were amazing! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a day at the beach! Lots of room in the bathrooms for the 6 of us to get ready. We all would definitely book here again!

Excellent place to stay! We had an awesome vacation here. The property is clean and well maintained, comfortable and well appointed. The pool and beach are perfect and never too crowded. Great location, we were able to walk to several shops and restaurants. We would stay here again if in the area!
