Devon Shores is a great little property; well-run with friendly staff members, nicely decorated rooms and great outdoor pool & deck options. We had a great 5-day stay. If you want the high-rise, elevator, sterile enclosed lodging experience, this is NOT the place for you. But if you like a clean, laid-back, affordable, well-kept & well-managed experience... you will like Devon Shores !

We had an amazing time at Devon shores 2 pool options and free Daiquiris and amazing and friendly staff made our vacation so enjoyable. The luxury cleanliness and price are all very attractive and will definitely be coming back again.

Excellent little hotel...

This hotel has an old school Florida vibe, but with modern interior design. The bed was comfortable. The fridge in the room was very spacious and cold. The staff is extremely friendly. Walking distance to the beach. Bars and food in walking distance as well. Hopefully they keep this price point..will be back!!

Good place to stay

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. Parking was free and easy. The location is good, while you cannot see clearwater beach from the property because it is across the street and blocked by other buildings, it is a very short walk across the street to the beautiful clearwater beach and there are many shops and restaurants worth exploring in walking distance. We were very happy with the room and the surrounding area and would definitely consider staying again if we are in the area.

Great Location & Value

The check in staff was friendly and on duty whenever we went through the lobby. The location was walkable to the beach and restaurants we wanted. We weren't there to hang out in the room, but it was clean and comfortable.

I would stay there again! Great place and very friendly and helpful staff. My only regret is that there is no microwave in the room. But there is one in the lobby along with coffee and lobby is open 24 hours.

The property is immaculate. The rooms were spotless as were all the other facilities. Great pool area with an heated pool. All the staff were brilliant. Would strongly recommend this place and avoid all the big hotels that rip you off for resort tax and parking charges. Support local and get the best experience you can.
