Unfortunately we booked a room with a door that didn’t have a working key so staff had to unlock it requiring one person to be in the room at all times. It seemed like the place was overbooked and there was a lot of miscommunication in the beginning with other customers. However, the staff handled the situation amazingly and were able to mitigate any issues at hand. The bedroom we had seemed like the materials used for the bed were not fully clean as the blankets looked to have weed stems on them and even smelled like weed.

The room was so nasty there was poop on the toilet I had to go to Walmart and get bathroom cleaner. Told the manager next day she told us we would get a credit and never did. There was a bad smell and had tried to cover it up with cleaning chemicals after complaining got back to the hotel was so bad made us sick we to cut our trip short.

Dirty doors no remote small curtain on one window bathroom had no curtains and you can see people outside I think they can see in the bathroom one lamp shade and had to find plugged up I was very uncomfortable and a oh one wash clothe one towel.i stay for that night because my wife pass away needed to get out of our apartment but pick the WRONG motel

Left over everything

The sheets were dirty including hair obviously not changed on either bed. Literally slept on top of the bedding. The bathroom towels had makeup from previous tenant. Overall it was disgusting and if I didn’t arrive at 2am from my flight with limited transportation and knowledge of the area I would have left immediately. The front desk women were very kind and check in was quick and efficient.

Terrible terrible place. No room service. Every front desk employee gave a diff story and prices. They kept security deposit for storing my things for a few hours. Broken bed and they never replaced it in my 3 nights of hell.

Do not stay here. So disgusting

Disgusting place would never pay to stay here again. Shower was so disgusting I couldn’t even shower without sandals on without cutting my feet on the floor. Towels we stained crusty and disgusting, felt dirtier after I showered and used that. Door barely locked shut. Wouldn’t even give it one star if there was an option for less

Not sure what was expecting for $250 a night. Certainly not the experience I anticipated though. This is more like a $50 a night location. Maybe even pay by the hour. Pictures are never accurate and honestly it nearly ruined the night.

Upon entering the room, there was a tv mount and remote, but no tv. Electrical outlets hanging out of the wall. The only light in the entire room was the bathroom light. Toilet handle was broken and the tub was dirty. Black stuff all on the ceiling. No bathroom mirror, but could see that there was one at one time. On the wall of the hotel on a side street, there was a huge carve out that read "bedbugs".it was so disgusting in the room that my wife and I were terrified to even touch anything. We have stayed in some sketchy, nasty hotels and motels before, but none even compare to the budget inn. Unfortunately, it was so bad that we cancelled our trip and went home. went and checked out and was not offered a refund or anything. I was so angry that i didnt even think to take pictures of everything.
