Laundry was a problem, not enough towels and the towels were small and a bit dingy/old.Place was clean, small. Bed not the greatest. Headboard was loose. For the price it was okay.You get what you pay for. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay because of a water leak that flooded our room. They were very upfront with us about the issue and gave us suggestions for other places to stay nearby along with a full refund. We would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Very clean, very comfortable bed. Communication from host was not good. Upon arriving, we noticed the TV was having issues and didn't work. We immediately tried contacting the host (late afternoon) and received no answer until the middle of the night. Unfortunately we were only staying one night, so that did us no good. Door code also did not work for common areas like we were told in the ad/initial correspondence. Did not work for another guest either.

It was nice inside the rooms. Not what you would think by looking at the outside. Upgrades were nice and up-to-date. There is more furniture in there than shown in the picture, making it a little more cramped but still overall great.

Great quick getaway

Location is great for Clearwater beach and other areas in Pinellas County- it was by a main road that was accessible to everything. I was really impressed with the place itself- clean, had all amenities we needed, spacious for 2 people. Highly recommend for 1-2 people who want to stay in a beach area but also need to travel to Tampa.
