First, I just want to say I absolutely hope to stay here again and my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool house was amazing and it was so fun to cook dinners out there while watching my children have a good time in the pool or out fishing on the dock. The house is lovely and the double washer and dryer was a game changer. The only thing I’ll add in full transparency is that there were some aspects that were not as pristine as the pictures listed. When we got there the pool was down quite a bit… it took us a full day to bring it up to the appropriate water level. The plants in the planters were dead/nearly dead, the poor palm trees in the beach are dead or nearly dead and that just detracts from the initial impression of the house. Also the pool area doesn’t have the nice chairs as noted in the pictures nor the cute pillows and drink tables in between every two chairs. Lastly, the patio furniture from the upstairs bedroom had tattered cushions. And, while there is an espresso maker and a Keurig, I could not find a drip coffee pot, which I would have preferred. With that said, these are small complaints that we were able to look past and we fully enjoyed our time at the Belleaire Estate and I would love to stay here again with my family. We’ve been home for almost week now and we continue to talk about the lovely time we had at this residence. On the grand scale, it is a beautiful place.
