Enjoy our freshly renovated 2 bed / 2 bath duplex home that is perfect for a Florida getaway. Enjoy a day at the beach, on the go, or simply make yourself at home with beautiful swimming pool, HD TV with Netflix your own account available!

This property is just what we needed. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the back patio area was nice. The location was excellent for everything we wanted to do and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Owner was very personable and responsive to our needs. Lack of dresser in second bedroom was an inconvenience. Also bathroom with walk in shower was very small. Quiet residential neighborhood in a great location close to Publix, Walmart and other shopping. Clean grill and grilling utensils. Nice pool, but too cool for us to fully use.

The home is perfect for 4-5 guests. Everything you would need on vacation. Beach towels, beach toys for kids, beach chairs, bathroom essentials, washer & dryer, full kitchen, etc. Beautiful home, great outside areas and the pool is wonderful. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was too cold to use on our stay but it was still nice. I would highly recommend this place!!

Very clean and check in was easy. We stayed Saturday to Saturday and encounter the host a total of 3 times which was kind of odd. They were super nice though and took pride in their property. I would definitely stay again.

My clearwater trip

This place was amazing. I cant say enough good things about it, they have everything you need including beach chairs and a cooler. The loaction is great, you're not far from the beach, restaurants, bars, and stores. The pool and pool area are wonderful, the water was warm and the furniture was great. The layout of the house is great for, couples, friends, or a small family. Can't wait to stay again.

I was here for my grandson's graduation. A quick trip, just 2 nights, but the time we spent at the house was great. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the outside and pool area were very private and beautiful.

Great little place

This was a great little find. Cozy and clean. The backyard pool area was loved by the 14 year old and nice to sit out there at night with the pretty lights and perfect weather. Way better than a hotel room.

Clearwater Stay

Very nice property, well maintained. Hosts are very nice people. Easy to get to from Tampa airport, close to shopping, restaurants. Great location for attending baseball spring training games as it it close to Dunedin (Blue Jays), as well the Phillies camp is in Clearwater and the Yankees camp in Tampa.

Home away from home

Cozy 2 bedroom home with inground pool. Listing was on pointe. Ewa and Mark responded immediately when contacted. Very pleasant. This home was just perfect for our party of 4. Close to Clearwater beach, Botanical Gardens and other attractions. Beds, pillows, towels were just perfect. We can't wait for our return to this lovely home. Thank you Ewa and Mark. See you soon.

Nice stay

House was the perfect size for our family of 4. Very clean and we loved the pool and the setup was nice. The only small complaint is that we were told to not turn the a/c below 75. We prefer sleeping with colder temperatures, and it was quite warm. Overall, it was a good place to stay. It was definitely the nicest house on the block.

The property was perfectly located, clean, and wonderfully maintained. We were fortunate enough ti meet the owners who were very gracious. They even made us homemade doughnuts. Amazing property with amazing hosts. I can't recommend it enough.
