I mentioned before that we had a big shuffle/run around with being put in a handicapped room. Hotel said it was the way Hotels.com reserved it. Basically they blamed you and you said you would let hotel know. Both of you just kicked the can down the road. We told them at check-in we wanted daily cleaning. Everyday day we reminded, daily cleaning. Everyday we would return around 3 PM and room was not cleaned. Asked ladies in hall, they said we were not on schedule, so we would mention to front desk. This went on daily and the room wouldn’t be cleaned until way late when we were ready for showers to go to dinner. It got to be tedious. For what the daily room rate is, don’t get the daily parking charge. One time, I get, but $38/day is ridiculous for not moving vehicle.

Couples weekend getaway

We had a great experience over the weekend. We got upgraded to a balcony room, which was unexpected and appreciated! The hotel is very clean and updated. It’s walking distance to anything you could possibly need! I feel like there was no disturbances or noise, so we slept great! We would definitely come and stay again when coming to Clearwater area.

Balcony view was great. We were initially placed on the 4th floor with the balcony being a gated area on the pool deck. We did request a different room so that we would have a true balcony and we removed to the seventh floor. It was great and the view was enjoyable.
