We had a wonderful stay and the most of the front staff were suburb. However the last night there of the 7 days we stayed. My 5 year old with some special needs ran in the hallway, its 745pm, and a white man who worked there but we hadnt seen the whole time, came up to us and was very rude and ignorant.

Convenient location while off the beaten path. 3 minute walk to the less busy part of Clearwater Beach. Beautiful rooftop bar/sitting area. You can see both the sunrise and sunset from the roof. The front desk and Starbucks employees were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was couteous. Room was clean..beds are very very hard, so it hurt my hip joints. The 1st night in the middle of the night, someone was clanking weights in the gym for 30 min! The refrig only stays on for 2 hours then off for 6..so nothing stays cold in the fridge. I was not aware valet parking was all that was available, so add 38 dollars plus tax to each nights stay for Valet. There is comlimentary coffee pods in the room, but if you want extra in the morning you have to buy at starbucks in the lobby. The hotel itself is down a side street and has an akward entrance..lobby to check in is on the 4th floor. It is very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops and in a quiet area on the bay side. My main gripe was the 38 dollar plus tax valet per night, that was not disclosed ahead of time when I booked the room. Nice hotel though. When I asked for extra coffee and towels for the room they arrived within 10 minuites.
