The house was well located. Only 8 minutes driving to the beach and 10 minutes maximum to any restaurants and activities. I would recommend this location.

We stayed here for a three day music fest at Coachman Park. It was very walkable. Neighborhood felt safe with friendly neighbors. The kitchen contained everything needed to cook, except a coffee pot. There was a French press and water kettle.

Yes she was welcoming. We did enjoy. We were only 5 miles from mom, 8 miles from sister in love. For the most part was amply furnished. The other couples bed sagged so we found a brick to put under It but he was still uncomfortable and complained ot backache. We brought a coffee pot. Could have used some better chairs as most evenings were spent playing cards. I think the cleaning crew forgot to mop the floors.
