Pool Water Temperature Set up is 80F during Winter, 82F during Fall and 84F during the rest of the year. However, please note that a Pool is not a SPA and Heaters are not designed to reach those temperatures during WINTER EXTREME COLD DAYS. (We don't have many in Florida but please keep this mind in if case it happens during your stay. Unfortunately, this is something we can't control, just like rainy days...)

NOTE: Ring door bell camera at front door. We always recommend to our guests to buy the travel insurance.

Great place for extended family

This was a perfect spot for 3 generations from 3 households to meet up. Large enough public areas to eat together, play games, etc but also the 4 good sized bedrooms gave us all our own space.

The house was clean, but smaller than it appears in the picture. The house had the bare minimum where essentials and household goods were concerned. Kitchen towels and bath towels were very limited, 1 sheet and a very thin top cover on all beds, no extra blankets or pillows, and the pillows were very thin and need replaced.

We loved this property and its location to many great activities. Anything needed like groceries or pharmacy was only a few minutes away. The owners had lots of little extras like a crib and pool towels, fisher pods and laundry pods. Fishing charters were only 15 minutes away and all the great gulf coast beaches were an easy drive. I also recommend the Florida botanical gardens. Lots of amazing trails through beautiful gardens that was entirely free. Just absolutely amazing property.
