The room was great. Comfortable and clean. Lots of flies in the lobby and when Sunday morning arrived someone didn’t show up for work. There was no hot breakfast. Many people waiting in the lobby for the doors to open for breakfast. After 7am a child opened the doors to see what was going on and informed us no one was in the breakfast area. You could get cold cereal or yogurt but not much else. Why the person behind the desk didn’t put up a sign or make an announcement is a mystery.

We made a reservation for a room with two queen beds, but were given a room with only one bed for the same price. My husband, our daughter, and I had to squeeze into one small bed. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful — they showed no interest in resolving the issue. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast is a nice perk but Sunday morning there was little food to choose from for more than an hour. We asked the attendant who immediately dismissed it saying that the cart was being reloaded. We went back to the room, returned in 15 minutes, still empty.
