Entirely pleasant; terrific hot tub
Hotel was mostly pleasant standard issue, but it did have special pluses: king suite especially nice; large covered hot tub great; above average breakfast; super nice cleaning crew. Lots of retail in area so convenient in that way. Not far from WONDERFUL Phillippe Park.

The check out lady was horrible. I asked for a receipt, she told me she couldn't give me a receive because I booked online. I call the 800 number to complain I was told a manager would have to generate my receipt. She didn't offer that she just said she couldn't do it. I would suggest getting a new person at the front desk. I will never go to one of your hotels again. Her attitude was FAR from customer friendly.

I loved the cleanliness and customer service , the front desk agent Melisha was very professional , she was very helpful in any questions or concerns. They had staff all around the property that always were very helpful as well. There Breakfast was also delicious they had alot of variaty. I will recommend anyone that is looking not only affordable place to stay but excellent accommodation.
