The space

With over 1,600 sq ft, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is designed for gathering. Whether you`re cooking for the family or enjoying takeout after a beach day, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, including induction cookware, ample prep space, and seating for everyone.

The oversized primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with generous closet space, luggage racks, and a spacious ensuite featuring double vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a private toilet room. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom offers oversized twin beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. A shared guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with convenient access from both the hallway and queen bedroom.

Guest access
As a guest you will have access to the Waterside pool area with loungers, table and chair seatings, and BBQ grill.

Nourish your inner “beach bum,” with a short walk to Clearwater Beach to bask in the sun, splash in the ocean and stroll on the famous sugar white sands, as you await the painted sky at sunset.

- One parking space is included with your stay.
- Boat trailers cannot be accommodated on-site. If you plan to bring a boat, please arrange trailer parking and launching through a nearby marina. The property does offer dock access with water and electrical hookups (fee applies).
- A storage cabana is available for storing beach gear and boating items during your stay.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
