Great location, unclean property

Great location, nice private beach area, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. The inside of the hotel however was lacking. It was not clean, there was a huge pile of hair in our room when we walked in, the walls were dirty, the carpets in the hallways were filthy. Again, the location is great but due to the lack of cleanliness we would not stay here again.

One and done! Took 3 attempts to check in. The room floors felt gritty. POOR water pressure, grab bar in shower pulling from the wall, water ran out on the bathroom floor due to this being a handicap shower, slip and fall hazard. Used our tiny towels to sop up floor. $25 dollars to park in garage next door, thought THAT pool was included because no signage coming from garage, found out next day belonged to another hotel, was not informed of that. And parking fee was not disclosed at booking. Was given a free entre to the hotel restaurant Cabanas, no entre is $20 or under so ordered anyway. Food was microwaved and inedible, left it on the table! Slept poorly, room on first floor by the elevator. No handicap lift at their pool. Thinking about it, I don't even know how you could have gotten a wheelchair in the bathroom of the room the way the door was. Left a day early and could not wait to get away from there. I have stayed in several places for a lot less and got a better stay. Wish I would have gotten this RED FLAG!! Maurice, the Night Manager, was the Best!! He actually listened to me with sincerity!

The 25$/day for parking was outrageous and ought to be complimentary for paying guests. The cost per day for the room is high enough already, and especially outrageous to have the parking fee "sprung" on you when you check-in. I will not stay at this hotel again and I will advise my friends and family accordingly.

The hotel needs a complete renovation. The carpet in the hallways were disgusting. There was trash, dust and dirt under the bed. The WiFi never worked properly. The doors in our room had large gaps at the bottom. The front desk personnel couldn’t get our cards to open the gates to the garage.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of my room. I did not like the way too loud music at the bar. I did not like that there was nowhere to sit on the beach without paying. Would have liked to sit on a bench for just a little while.

fist time in this Hotel. we loved it. peaceful and love the private beach area. love the live 80's music. Good food and drinks at the Tiki Bar..we had an awesome fathers day weekend!
