Absolutely terrible - 4 of my 8 rooms were cancelled two hours before check in leaving us with nowhere to go so i had to spend double to get 4 rooms elsewhere and the hotel is refunding me less than what i paid out so not only dd i have 4 rooms cancelled, i am also out of pocket for those rooms plus out of pocket as i had to get a different hotel - Such a bad experience and very poor from Expedia

Located right on the river and the room had a view. The front desk staff were helpful but the chamber service is sub-par. The beds were made up but there were no towels in the bathroom, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and there was a crisp packet under the bed from the previous guests. I’m not sure if I will stay there again.
