Overnight pre flight stay

Check in was fast and efficient. Staff absolutely fantastic, bright and cheerful, often asking how we were and if everything was ok. Room was clean and well maintained, bed very comfortable. Only one very minor observation, we've stayed here often over last couple of years and the bar food menu hasn't changed at all.

Our beds were quite comfortable, buffet Breakfast was good. Our room needed maintenance issues as the thermostat wasn’t working and the changed our room, thensafe wasn’t working, the curtains had pulled off the rack, the shower drain wasn’t draining. The maintenance people did fix everything as requested.
