The rooms were filthy and run down (not at all like the pictures). Our doors wouldnt lock properly, and sounded like they were being tampered with in the night. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. They staff kept canceling my friends room whole we were actively staying and moved her twice in 3 days. It was a nightmare.

It was ok, decent accommodations for the cheapest price around. I thought that it was odd that there was no card in the room to hang on the door saying "privacy please or maid service please". My room was never cleaned nor did I get new towels or anything during my 4 night stay. It's not that bad, but it might be nice to have sometimes.

ATROCIOUS!!! I stayed here 2 years ago and it was nice! Now it is HORRIBLE! There were two positive --- the housekeeper was great and they HAVE DIRECT TV! But get this: The TV screen in the room had a cigarette burn hole in the middle! See pictures!
They have an ice machine but it doesn't WORK!
Shoddy attempt at remodeling
This is the ceiling! YUCK!
All these wires and the cable box is in no position to receive the remote signal!

I saw needles outside in the parking lot. And a prostitute women walking half naked. I informed hotels.com about the situation and received zero help. They only wanted to refund me 25 dollars for the 200 I prepaid. I did not stay in the hotel due to safety reasons. I was even told to not cancel the reservation. After so much going back and forth they agreed to refund 100 dollars. Keeping 100. So thats it. Thats the service I got for expressing the unsafety conditions and fearing.

Air conditioner did work but was not needed. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was ample and spacious. Checkin was good except they wanted a cash deposit which I had none. ATM on site but was not working had to travel to find atm, time consuming. Door had a gap between frame which have been no big deal.

I got the services right they’re nice. The rooms are kind of dirty and just like roaches a lot of them and they get on the bed. I could even hook up so yeah bottoms up.

Do not stay here! This property was strange right from the start. There was a van in the parking lot that had someone sleeping in it. I still wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. I had a hard time opening the room door, and once I finally got it open and turned on the lights, the walls were moving from all the roaches crawling on them. There were roaches on the beds, the carpet, the TV stand —literally everywhere. I turned my family around and told them we were not staying there. Worst of all, the hotel does not hold itself accountable for the condition of its rooms. I demanded a refund, only for them to refund me for one of the two nights I was supposed to stay there. Do not stay here unless you like cockroaches inside your room and prostitutes outside the hotel.
