I was very unhappy with my stay. There was a major elevator problem the first 2 days there. There was only 1 operating elevator that was taking guest to the lobby. It was usually a minimum of a 20-30 minute ordeal. Some of our group was late for their tee time. They couldn’t wait on the elevator anymore then non of the stairwells gave access to the ground floor. An incredibly DANGEROUS situation, heaven forbid there was an emergency. When tracking down staff on different floors, they told us “ we don’t know how to get outside from the stairs” that took us over an hour to get out of the hotel. At that point some of the group no longer was able to golf because the group was late! When I approached the front desk it was blown off as if it wasn’t Bally’s responsibility that the elevators weren’t operating properly. The next day my room was completely out of toilet paper. After 3 phone calls to front desk, housekeeping, and trip down to the lobby to talk in person, we finally received some after (with elevators that weren’t operating properly) 90 minutes! I was very unhappy with my stay and will be staying at another hotel for my next trip to Stateline.

For a large hotel it was very nice. Rooms are huge, so are the bathrooms. Easy parking (payable) but also can walk along to main tourist area. Food in restaurant was fab had a great meal there. Only thing was the internal shop was only open over the weekends, disappointing as we were visiting at start of week and goods looked 👍 $ and perhaps would have bought some. All in all a fab stay, thank you.

The room was excellent. As someone who has limited mobility it was extremely difficult to walk from the parking garage to the check-in and then to the elevators. There were no luggage carriers and I didn’t see any handicap parking closer to the entrance.
