Rooms were spacious and clean but the over all condition and cleanliness was disgusting! Trash in the bins on our level that has been there 3 days - outside sitting areas disgusting and again rubbish and smoke butts been there at least 3 days and not cleaned.

Great location and friendly staff but the water in our room and our other parties room was not hot and did not work most of the time. We were advised it would take 15 minutes of running it, (decent waste of water) but often it would take over 30 minutes to get moderately warm, or not work at all. The cleanliness level overall could use some work as well. The pool hours weren’t as stated when booking and constantly changed day to day which was slightly dissapointing.

2star hotel at most.

It looked very nice and put together online but it’s so not. Elevators sound like they’re going to break everytime you’re on them. My hotel sheets and pillows had someone else’s hair on them? I told the front desk and they sent new ones. But the maid walked with the sheets to my room and not in a bag and the sheet was dragging on the floor when he was waiting at my door. So not very sanitary. The curtains had nasty black stuff all over them and my back door was completely sealed off. They caulked it and bolted it shut. I was not informed of the patio door being inaccessible. I also had a room that was combined so I had a door this other person room as well which I wasn’t informed of as well and I could hear the neighbors clear as day. So no privacy. This was my anniversary trip so a bit bummed… very unfortunate they didn’t meet the expectations that showed online.

Charged my card almost 200 dollars over reservation amount, upon check out they ran card and said it was declined. They already charged the card. My bank immediately sent me a fraud detection alert. Ended up just walking away. They really need serious help at that hotel. In all they tried charging over 1,200 dollars to my card over the course of the 2 days.
