There was barely any staff. The bar had no bartender. The toilet in our room was not bolted to the ground and kept moving. The elevators were broken every time we tried to use them. It is a shame we stay at this hotel quite often, and will most likely not be returning.

Pool area was dirty / the pool floor is falling apart. The pool lining had dark mildew. The ceiling paint was falling apart / sauna was horrible falling apart /paid for a non-smoking room. The room had smoking smell corridor was also full of the smoking smell / bathroom paint was falling apart look like somebody had punched the wall carpet in the room was torn. Had a hole. I don’t understand how this hotel is up to code. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

The property was convenient and it was a decent/ok stay. We had security issues with two staff members entering our room unannounced/no knock - we went to the front desk and requested a call from security - no call. The room was not thoroughly cleaned - it would have been nice if it had been properly attended to. IF these things were fixed, we would consider staying again.

Had a very nice stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. The shower was very large and luxurious. The amenities were great. The only two things that bother me are the pay for parking and the resort fee on top of the room rate. I did get half off the parking fee for signing up to their gamblers club. I appreciated that.

Review

Most of the electrical plugs in the room did not work. There was no hot water with the shower either. I let it run for 20 min and it was still ice cold so I couldn’t even shower. Some of the elevators were not working so it would take forever to go back to your room. They did advise all the elevators would be down between 1am and 3am so I had to make sure to be back before 1am because I did not feel like climbing up 9 flights of stairs. Just super inconvenient trip all around.

Property was filthy and unkept. Poor overall maintenance. Tahoe has really declined! Parking garage had a height limit of 6'8" inches. We had to park around the back with minimal space. This place needs an entire overhaul No soap or shampoo in the room. Very antiquated
