IMPORTANT NOTE :
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS IN THE BACKYARD. Several neighbors are permanent residents and would be adversely impacted by excess noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 6. We value a positive relationship with our permanent neighbors -large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away.

Such a lovely cottage plus the hot tub was a treat too! Well situated close to the beach. Can enjoy the sounds of the waves from the front patio. Wonderful vack patio for relaxing and dining. Perfect spot for star gazing too. Very enjpyable plus close to all the fun Stinson Beach shops, eateries. Pet friendly though we didn't have one

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. Although it is cozy, the living area is very comfortable. We appreciated the gas stove which put out a lot of heat. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cookware, utensils and dinnerware you need. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The entire house was clean, for that matter. Karen was very communicative. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

Perfect Stay in Stinson

This property was great for myself and 3 friends during our long weekend stay while running a trail race in Stinson Beach. The location was amazing and the property had everything we needed and more. The beach cottage was perfect for our family of five adults and our dog. We all enjoyed games at the large dining room table and our multiple daily walks on the beach, which is just steps from the house. Karen was a joy to work with throughout the entire process.
