Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 1 semaine au mois d'aoĂ»t (4 adultes et 3 enfants de 1 Ă  6 ans). Lors de notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons constatĂ© des tuiles cassĂ©es tenant en Ă©quilibre sur le toit. La cuisine Ă©tait envahie de fourmis et trĂ©s petite et peu Ă©quipĂ©e.Les salles de bain ne contenaient aucun tapis de bain et la pression de l'eau quasi inexistante.La bombonne de gaz Ă©tait presque vide.Plusieurs luminaires de l'extĂ©rieur ne fonctionnaient pas. Le luminaire de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas non plus rendant le bain de nuit impossible.Des fils Ă©lectriques dĂ©nudĂ©s sortaient du regard de la piscine ce qui etait extrĂȘmement dangereux.Le robinet en extĂ©rieur fuiyaitLa 3eme chambre au sous sol Ă©tait inhabitable, sentait fort l'humiditĂ©, sans fenĂȘtre. Personne n'a pu y dormir. Aucun Ă©tat des lieux n'a Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ© alors qu'une caution a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©levĂ©e avant notre arrivĂ©e mais elle nous a Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ©e rapidement (seul point positif).Cette villa a beaucoup de potentiel, malheureusement les propriĂ©taires, qui ne sont sĂ»rement pas sur place, la laissent Ă  l'abandon et aucun entretien n'est fait afin de proposer un bien correct pour la location.Pour un prix de 2000 euros la semaine, nous attendions des prestations bien superieures. Il vous suffit de vĂ©rifier les commentaires prĂ©cĂ©dents pour constater que depuis ce temps, aucune mesure n'a Ă©tĂ© prise.

Absteige, die das Geld nicht wert ist

Die Lage vom Haus ist sehr gut. Das Haus selbst ist vom Schnitt gut, fĂŒr 8 Personen etwas zu klein. Die KĂŒche SEHR klein und merkwĂŒrdig Ausgestattet. Keine TĂŒcher, dreckiges Geschirr, Geschirr nicht in der KĂŒche sondern im Wohnzimmer - ĂŒberall Armeisen, in der KĂŒche, Bad, Geschier - Kellerzimmer war unbewohnbar, da es sehr stark nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel richt - Waschmaschine dreckig und lĂ€uft aus - Duschkabine im Erdgeschoss defekt - Gartenanlage nicht gepflegt - Elektrokabel hĂ€ngen an mehreren Stellen heraus und sogar direkt in der NĂ€he des Pools - Armaturen veraltet und verrostet - nach zwei NĂ€chten konnten wir endlich die Vermieterin erreichen um Lösungen zu finden, jedoch wurden die zugesagten Aufgaben nicht wĂ€hrend unserem Aufenthalt behoben - frecherweise wurde uns Unterstellt den Preis runterdrĂŒcken zu wollen, obwohl die ganzen MĂ€ngeln mit Bildern belegt wurden Allgemein ist das Haus ziemlicht heruntergekommen. Uns wurde zwar ein kleinee Teil des Geldes erstattet, was aber nur ein Tropf auf dem heißen Stein ist. Wir empfehlen das Haus nicht, wenn man den Urlaub genießen will.
