The villa is on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and the possibility of adding an extra bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a closet.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed (equipped with air conditioning), a bathroom with bath and terrace / solarium.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher, washing machine.
The upstairs room has air conditioning.
Outdoors: garden, covered veranda, private pool, barbecue. Parking space at the side of the road.
The villa is located within the "Country Paradise", a complex where there is a nucleus of exclusive villas, most often with a private garden and swimming pool.
The village is guarded by vigilantes.

Pensavo meglio..
All'arrivo casa poco pulita, in evidente decadimento. Non siamo stati avvisati della chiusura delle attività nel villaggio. Colonie di formiche ovunque e acqua che con la pioggia allargava le camere. Acqua dalla doccia non scaricava. La televisione non funzionava. Piscina poco pulita. Per il prezzo non ne è valsa la pena.

Villa en mauvais état
Cette villa est mal entretenue. On a failli s'ébouillanter dans la salle de bain de l'étage: eau très chaude et un filet d'eau froide: impossible de s'y laver. Heureusement qu'il y a une douche en bas qui fonctionne. La poignet de la fenêtre de la chambre nous est restée dans la main en voulant ouvrir la fenêtre. La porte du placard de la chambre du 1er ne tient plus que sur un seul gond. Les transats sont en piteux état. Les salles de bain et la cuisine sont mal éclairés (il manquait des ampoules). Bref, plein de petites choses pénibles qui finissent par agacer, surtout quand on appelle notre contact sur place qui ne donne pas signe de vie! Sinon, la région est magnifique! Certes, en cette arrière saison, la plupart des commerces sont fermés mais quel bonheur de se retrouver presque seuls sur les plages (notamment La Pelosa). Il faudrait une bonne rénovation à la villa et tout serait parfait.
