Fun place but don’t plan on sleeping

We took our kids here for the first time . They had a blast. The place was big and full of people . We spent three days . Our first two nights were not great. It was so loud and there was a group Of kids yelling and screaming in front of our door at 1am. We called the front desk twice and they said they’d have security come up. They never did . Then the next night a female and her daughter ina screaming match at 2am in front of our door .. it was just a very restless sleep . We left early .

My reservation at 4 pm & we are arrived 3.30 pm after check in we are waiting for room we have a reservation 2 family room & we have a request our room is side by side but we got one room 5 pm & another room at 6 pm & it’s not close. we are check in not on time but check out on time no extension for late check in But guests service is really good my guest service again her name is Elizabeth R she is a great & she try make us our stay is comfortable & my family is enjoy everything & she is a great.

Place is veey nice, room nice, beds nice. In regards to water park, lobby, all way to busy, people in general are rude. Someone tried to steal my Duncan Donut order, they called my name and a lady tried to step up and take my order. Didn't appreciate it. People rude at elevators, no common courtesty. Senior amd disabled, not even considered.
