Overall, the property was fine. I've stayed there on two separate occasions, so I am a repeat customer. The property is clean, and free parking in their lot. There don't seem to be many choices for decent hotel in that area. One surprise was having to pay a resort fee ($20/night), separate from the Expedia booking. So my credit card was charged by the property in addition to the Expedia charge. I assume the resort fee was mentioned in the fine print, but I do feel somewhat misled. Perhaps Expedia could include that charge in their booking fee, so the cost is presented as one charge at the time of booking and not two separate charges. I always feel these resort fees and separate charges in general are disingenuous. This resort fee is not unique to this hotel, but reflects the general practice of the industry as a whole. Perhaps I shouldn't be surprised by resort fees these days. Rather, I should be surprised if properties don't charge a resort fee.

Hôtel and staff were decent. However, there needs to be security in the common area close to the pool. Was a hot night, a game of 1 on 1 football commenced, balls flying everywhere, inconveniencing guests and language was not great either. The environment was not great for families.

It’s been years since I’ve booked here, but when I did back in early 2010s there’s always been an issues with booking thru a 3rd party. When you get to property confirming payment his a few snags bc the card numbers don’t match, making attendant have to do some back ended verification before proceeding with check in. I thought this issues would’ve been resolved after so many years, but to no avail. Aside from that. AMAZING STAY!! Great friendly and patient staff.

Over all you can not beat the price anywhere in Stockton if your looking for comparable main hotel chains rooms.
The court yard ( at night) is big and very well kept . Therer are fee outdoor ping pong, pool tables and out door lounge furniture.
My Service dog Little Bit loves staying here and it is very dog friendly.

I never tried the food in the restaurant. I like the hotel. My room is clean, comfy bed only that there’s noise in my bathroom… i think it is the sink. Dripping water from the inside of the sink pipe all day/night my entire stay. You barely hear people talking too from the outside since my room is at the 2nd floor in-front of the parking. The outside where resort was is one of the place i love to stay and relax only that I am seeing cigarette buds on the fake grass area. Overall I like the place only a little more pricey for me and wish I got the chance to use the tub/pool.
