Not much to choose from breakfast.5/10 for breakfast It was ok! Bed was clean, bathrooms and hallways could be cleaner 7/10 for cleanliness . Staff was very friendly and courteous. 10/10 customer service.

Room was clean and comfortably appointed. Top sheet was as wide as the king bed, i.e., no overhang. Trash taken out, towels and supplies refreshed every other day. I requested and got ground floor room, since there's no elevator. Parking was well lit - even the overflow gravel lot. My brother got adjoining room. That was ok with me, and convenient, but they didn't ask me, just took his word. What if he'd been a stalker?

The hotel and staff were great. Convenient location for dining (excellent Mexican restaurant next door), gas, groceries, other restaurants nearby. Parking was easy and right next to the entrance. But the pool was going through some maintenance while we were there, and it was ice cold the one night we used it, then the next day the deck got repainted, and it left an overpoweringly strong chemical fumes smell that persisted and made the pool unusable the next night.

Great food. Friendly staff. Clean! The bathroom sink was slow to drain in our room. Minor issue. We will return at the next family reunion in 3 years!

We stay at this property fairly often to visit family, and it’s sorely in need of TLC. Hallways are dark, common area carpets show signs of heavy soiling, grout shows mildew and age. We had to ask for housekeeping services after the fourth day because our room had never been serviced - trash was overflowing and we were out of towels. Every employee we interacted with was very friendly, it just seems that they may be understaffed.
