The property is very close to the train station and the sites we wanted to visit. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was very small but served its purpose. Bed comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but there could have been a lot more choice.

Truly incredible stay. The staff was amazing and breakfast was incredible. They were able to give us a late check-out for a price, but so accommodating with letting us work in the communal space until we had to go even after our late checkout. I cannot recommend this place enough! We loved the decor and vibe. The rooms are a little small but so are all the hotels in France. Very affordable and we booked another night. A must stay!

This was a great hotel, so close to the station. The sights of Strasbourg are an easy walk. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast buffet is superb.

A good feel about the hotel. Well designed, friendly and good breakfasts. Location right by the station but a walk away from the centre. A great place to be unless being in the pedestrian centre is a necessity.

Brilliant hotel fantastic staff

Hotel was an obvious choice for a stopover on a cycle trip. Hotel has been beautifully refurbished and is really quirky. Rooms are large and comfortable with good bathrooms. Those at the front get a grest view of the plaza. Hotel puts environmentally consciousness first and foremost. Everything is organic including the soaps which smelt amazing. Breakfast was nothing short of astonishing all organic and home made with endless choice and good coffee. Staff were helpful, enthusiastic and justifiably proud of the hotel. Bike storage was in a secure room. Truly brilliant deserves a 10.

Best value hotel I’ve ever stayed at in frequent trips to Europe. Exceptional staff, great location near train station and most sites.Breakfast is reasonably priced and great choice and excellent quality. If I could give this a higher rating, I would!

If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is in a convenient location, just steps from the train station, and within easy walking distance to all the sights. I must commend two employees for their superior customer service. Both Amélie and Anna went out of their way to make our stay special. Amélie called a restaurant and made reservations for dinner on our first night! And Anna recommended a place to eat a yummy local dish on another night. They didn’t need to do any of that, but they were so helpful to us. I highly recommend this hotel. Don’t hesitate to book it.

am writing to share some thoughts on our recent stay at your lovely hotel. First and foremost, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient for getting around. It certainly made our travel experience much smoother. Additionally, the breakfast you offer is delightful, with a great variety to choose from, and we particularly appreciated the provision of filtered water. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and this was certainly one of them. However, there is one suggestion I would like to make to further enhance the guest experience. It would be incredibly convenient to have a small fridge in the room. This would allow guests to store condiments and other perishables that they might have bought previously. Thank you for considering this feedback. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.
