Located 700m from Strasbourg city center and 450m from the SNCF train station, this magnificent 65m² apartment, comfortable and modern, is ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, holidays or work. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
It consists
a living/dining room with television and two double sofa beds,
an open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),
a bedroom with a double bed,
a bathroom with shower and washing machine,
a separate toilet.
A balcony with a table and two chairs is at your disposal.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator).
Facade renovation work will take place in November and December 2024. It is possible that certain equipment will not be accessible during the stay (shutters, balcony, etc.)

Great Christmas Market location
The location was awesome! We had a great time and enjoyed the space. I agree with others, the shower seal did leak and the shower floor was a little scary especially for my 86 year old Mom - but the host was magnificent and the place was very comfortable. We used both sofa beds and they were very comfortable. Great place to stay especially for the Christmas Markets.

Cozy apartment with a convenient location
Our family of 5 traveled to Strasbourg over the Christmas holiday to explore the city and the Christmas markets. We selected this property because it could accommodate 5 people and because it was only a short walk to the city center.
Parking for our rental vehicle was conveniently located at both the Les Halles and Wodlii parking garages, each being about a 10 minute walk from the property.
Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean, but the shower door did not seal which caused one of our children to inundate the bathroom the first time we used it.
Fair warning that it is necessary to climb some steps to find the apartment and it is not obvious where the apartment is located in the building. It took a few minutes of searching to eventually find the elevator.
Access to the apartment is by door code and we were given the incorrect code by the property manager; however, they immediately picked up the phone when I called to obtain the correct code.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reasonably priced property in a good location.

Great stay
Great and convenient property for our short trip to Strasbourg. Centrally located and only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and the old town. Unit was clean and it was great to have multiple pull out beds when traveling with multiple kids. Owner is organized and sent clear instructions. We stayed here at the last minute when another host canceled our reservation at the last minute without any explanation. Would absolutely stay here again.

Strasbourg - just off Grand Isle
Excellent communication via tram at front door. The touristic centre was in easy walking distance. As advertised, there is a long (24/step) flight of stairs to the first (European) floor to the elevator to the apartment on the second floor. Cotoon Alsace responded quickly when the key that should have been in the apartment was missing.

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung
Aufenthalt war gut. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig super nah zum Zentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Kopfkissen sind zu groß und zu hart und das WC ist super eng. Trotzdem gerne wieder. Schade aber, dass alles digital geklärt wird (auch digitaler Schlüssel) und man den/die Vermieter/in nicht trifft.

Un bon séjour - bel appartement et proche centre
Appartement bien placé, bien décoré et agréable. Géré par une agence, très disponible. La literie est très bonne, couettes, oreillers, serviettes en nombre et de bonne qualité. Il y a un peu de vis à vis, mais la résidence est très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
