A flat £10 fee will be charged to cover postage, packaging, and handling time for returning lost items.
All arrangements and charges will be handled through Airbnb in accordance with platform policy.
For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply.
Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

A standard set of bed linens and towels is provided at check-in based on the number of guests booked.
