The hottub on the deck was great and somewhat private this was very nice. It was difficult to lug all of my belongings up the stairs to room and there is no help for bringing bags in that would have been helpful also breakfast is downstairs so if you have a handicap this is not the place to go- it was enjoyable also thought the pool would be open since it was still "summer"

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a couple days in the Labor Day weekend, and I gotta say we had a very pleasant experience! It was my first time ever staying at a bed & breakfast, and it was a nice place to stay away from the noisy & bustling city. The breakfast they served every morning was JAW DROPPING DELICIOUS (please give us the recipe)! We had a nice swim in their pool and have access to their balcony, where we star-gazed. We would love to come back next time! Thank you Julia + Stan!

The home is beautiful, the tiny little details in each room, the delicious breakfast overlooking the dreamy garden, and the soft music playing in the background is perfection. If you are looking for a private, peaceful and safe space to work or relax, this is the place. If you are looking for a family vacation away from the busy city life, this is the place. If you are looking for a romantic, serene place to rekindle your passion, this is the perfect spot. Julia and Stan won my heart. They made me feel extra special for my birthday. Julia makes the best sweets. Stan goes beyond to make you feel comfortable. The best part for me was waking up to the singing lullaby of the birds every day, as I enjoyed my coffee in the scenic view on the balcony. I will definitely go back to visit. 💕

Each room was unique and designed for any occasion. The owners are very friendly and courteous. They take the time to show you around the property. You have 24/7 access to a coffee and tea bar and water. The ability to choose your breakfast time in the dining area is very convenient. I would definitely come back, and highly recommend others to stay here.

Wonderful retreat into nature and beauty

Cherry Valley Manor was an idyllic place to stay near woods and ponds yet only minutes from downtown Stroudsburg. It is not often you stay in someplace with fine linens and really beautiful home refinements not to mention the extraordinary croissants and the kindness of the innkeepers.

A very enjoyable stay was had.

I recommend when you check in to make sure you let them know when you will arrive. Beside as soon as you enter you are provided with slipper to walk around the property and leave your shoes at the front door. Felt more like you entering a home. You are swhon to your room and around the property and they will answer questions you may have. You also schedule when you want you breakfast. we stayed in the Romantic Occasion. Looks exactly like the pictures. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and will consider coming again. The people running the place were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

We found this property a little gem tucked away in the woods. The decor was old and charming, and the owners were not afraid to mix decor personalities. It was spotlessly clean. The owners were away so the two Ukrainian women who take care of property welcomed us warmly, and, served the best European breakfast I have ever eaten!

Although the room was big enough (the luxury room), the house is most definitely not an “inn” quality. Owners were super nice but house was not as pictured and needs a lot of TLC. Not worth the exaggerated price we paid and there’s no SPA in this house although they promise $40 spa credit…..
