The bright apartment is located in the basement of a pretty old family home on the outskirts of Ludwigsburg between the city center and the teacher training college. It has a south-facing terrace, a living room and a bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and a kitchenette, as well as cable TV and WiFi. The double bed is 140 cm wide. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which offers two additional beds if required.
The way from the parking space on the property to the house is about 40 meters long and not suitable for the disabled. There is always a shady or sunny spot in the huge garden.
The nearest bus stop is 150 and the S-Bahn is about 600 meters away.
The castles of Ludwigsburg with their famous parks are within walking distance and the baroque Christmas market is also not far away. Jogging or walking in the nearby Favoritepark, canoe tours on the Neckar and with the S-Bahn in 20 minutes in Stuttgart city center - there is a lot to discover.

Although slightly dated and a kitchen that was very small with minimal equipping we found the overall experience to be very enjoyable and that setting in the middle of downtown was amazing

Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich versteckt. Man muss durch ein Tor und dann einen stark bewachsenen Weg hochkraxeln. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haupthaus, die Wohnung ist ein ausgebauter Keller. Sie war zu Canstatter Wasen Zeiten recht günstig. Außerdem konnten wir sehr spät anreisen, gegen Mitternacht. Allerdings muss man sich die Bilder und auch das ganze Inserat inkl. Bewertungen gut durchlesen. Wir waren soweit zufrieden, da wir nur 2 Nächte wirklich nur zum Schlafen dort waren. Die Wohnung war sauber, es lagen aber tote Fliegen auf den Betten. Es roch nach Keller und gestockter Luft. Nachts hörte man Tiere im Gebälk oder wo auch immer rumlaufen. Die Dusche war schön warm und geräumig. Die Vermieterin war nicht immer zu erreichen, allerdings fanden wir das auch nicht dramatisch und haben zum Checkout den Schlüssel in den Briefkasten geworfen. Großes Plus, der günstige Preis. Alles andere ist Geschmackssache. Ich empfand den muffigen Geruch schon recht störend.

0 Sterne!Es war der schrecklichste Aufenthalt, den meine Familie und ich jemals hatten und haben werden hoffentlich. Hier spricht alles gegen diese FeWo:-Parkplatz schlecht-Zugang Haus schlecht-Wohnung unzumutbare Zustände, Zustand Elektrik, Sauberkeit, abgelaufene Lebensmittel.Einfach nur ätzend. Und die absolute Katastrophe, nachts laufen Tiere unter der Holzdecke herum und machen Lärm der unerträglich ist. Es ist nicht wie bereits beschrieben Menschen, nein es sind Tiere, dort wimmelt es von Ratten.Beschreibung Wohnung war für 4 Personen vorgesehen, man hat uns bei Ankunft 20 extra abgeknöpft. 96 gesamt für diese Bruchbude. Man müsste sie auf FeWo direkt Sperren lassen.Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, Finger weg! Kein Cent wert! Fotos sind ebenfalls vorhanden

Leider gegen der hier geschriebenen Kommentare und Bewertungen sehr enttäuschend. Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig mit beißendem Geruch. Ich musste erstmal Putzmittel kaufen und habe gute drei Stunden geputzt. Der Geruch war permanent da. Wohnung und Einrichtung sehr heruntergekommen. Kaputte Fliegennetzte dadurch viel Ungeziefer und tote Fliegen. Ameisen in der Küche kamen regelmäßig zu Besuch. Kotreste in der Toilette. Fliesen und Türen stark verschmutzt.

Hallo zusammen!Es ist eine kleine sehr saubere FeWo. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite ältere Dame und hat für Probleme und Anregungen ein offenes Ohr. Ich kann es nicht nachvollziehen, wie manche Gäste eine dermaßen negative Beurteilung abgeben können. Von meiner Seite her gab es überhaupt nichts negatives zu beanstanden.Mein Aufenthalt vom 26.12.2024 - 031.01.2025 war echt Spitze. Diese FeWo kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Frau Knittel und bleiben Sie gesund.

Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Schlecht!

Unzumutbare Unterkunft - Nicht zu empfehlen Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Bereits der Check-in war eine Katastrophe. Es war niemand vor Ort, um uns zu empfangen, und wir mussten uns selbst zurechtfinden. Unsere Nachrichten blieben unbeantwortet, und es ging auch niemand ans Telefon. Die Wohnung war schmutzig und ungepflegt. In der Küche fanden wir noch Kaffeereste in Töpfen, und überall waren Spinnweben mit Spinnen. Trotz einer Buchung für vier Personen gab es nur Bettwäsche für zwei. Das Badezimmer war in einem schlimmen Zustand – keine Seife oder Shampoo, und die Handtücher waren schmutzig und rochen unangenehm. Der Außenbereich war ebenfalls alles andere als einladend. Der Garten war ungepflegt, und es war schwierig, den Eingang zum Haus zu finden. Zusätzlich wurden wir durch laute Fernseher, Musik und Schritte gestört, was die Nachtruhe fast unmöglich machte. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend, und wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Die Lage war super, Bäcker und Lidl fußläufig zu erreichen. Innerhalb von max. war alles in der Umgebung erreichbar.

Bei der Ankunft, sind wir freundlich empfangen worden, check in gab es nicht wirklich, weil man Analog mit einem Schlüssel reinkam. Über die kleinen Schimmel Flecken oder die paar Staubkneule haben wir weg gesehen, weil der groß zügige Garten es wieder gut gemacht hat. In der kleinen Küchen Ecke war alles da um ein schönes Frühstück zuzubereiten

Malerisch gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach. Hatte das nötigste aber gehabt. Das Haus ist sehr alt, aber in einer traumhaften Umgebung gelegen. Das größte Manko für uns war, dass man die Fenster nicht abdunkeln konnte und die Kinder nur schwer einschlafen konnten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich.

Leider nicht sauber

Frau Knittel ist eine liebe ältere Dame, aber ich glaube, dass sie es nicht mehr schafft oder sieht die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Schon alleine lüften, bevor Mieter kommen, könnte schon viel helfen. Es war sehr geruchsintensiv.

Nette Vermieterin, leider keine saubere Wohnung

Auf mehrfach wiederholte Nachfrage konnten wir die Wohnung beziehen. Leider nicht sauber, da nicht geputzt wurde, obwohl ausreichend Zeit dafür gewesen wäre.....weder Boden, noch Bad... Betten waren frisch bezogen, ein Laken sehr fleckig... Vermieterin war eine nette,ältere Dame.
